Payment Structure
This outlines the fee structure for providing mobile notary services, including a flat travel fee based on distance.
Travel Rates (Based on Travel from Decatur, GA 30034)
- 0 to 10 miles: $25
- Over 10 miles to 25 miles:$50
- Over 25 miles to 40 miles:$75
- Over 40 miles to 100 miles:Custom quote based on distance
Base Fees
- Notary Stamp Fee: $2 per notary stamp (maximum as per Georgia state regulations).
- First Notary Stamp Included: One notary stamp is included in the travel fee. Additional stamps are $2 each.
Additional Services
- Document Preparation Fee:$10 for preparing or reviewing documents before notarization.
- Printing/Copying Fee:$0.25 per page.
Additional services explained: Document Preparation involves checking or organizing your documents before notarization. Printing/Copying covers the cost of producing physical copies of your documents.
Example Calculation
For a trip within 10 miles:
- Travel Fee: $25
- Notary Stamps: $2 per additional stamp after the first included stamp
- Additional Fees: As needed based on the services provided
Notes
Travel fees are calculated based on the round-trip distance from Decatur, GA 30034 to the client's location. For trips over 40 miles up to 100 miles, custom quotes are provided.
Note: Any request made with less than 24 hours' notice or on holidays will incur an additional $15 convenience fee.
